She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Agnes Hunt Pendley and Louis Lovan Pendley; her husband John L. Webb; her siblings, Glenn Pendley, Robert Pendley, David Pendley, Calvin Pendley, Joseph Pendley, Carrie Riggs and Virginia Rogers; and her son-in-law Matthew Hartman.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Webb (Lori) of Manitou, KY, Rebecca Jones (Dara) of Madisonville, Misty Hartman of Madisonville and Bethany Webb of Newburgh, IN; her siblings, Peggy Phillips of Madisonville and Daniel Pendley (Sandy) of Hanson, KY; and her sister-in-law Bertie Pendley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
