He is survived by: his children, Frank Williams (Judy) of Firebaugh, CA, Dan Williams (Ellen) of Clarksville, TN, Mary Fickett (Mark) of Firebaugh, CA and Nancy Williams of Laguna Beach, CA; and his sister Dorothy Burbank of Watsonville, CA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

His accomplishments included reclaiming alkali land when he was a young man to making the largest purchase of farm land which brought him accolades in the L.A. Times as some what of a "folk hero".
