He is survived by: his children, Angela Jordan (Chris) of Jacksonville, FL, Frank, Jr. (Tina) of Earlington, KY, William "Bill" (Aida) of Louisville, KY, Belinda White of Madisonville, KY and Christy Driver (Terry) of Hanson, KY; his siblings, James (Lillie) of Madisonville, KY and Dorothy Hughes of Madisonville; his sisters-in-law, Karla of Madisonville and Linda Gregory of Providence, KY; and his close friends, Henry Clark and Richard Taylor. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
