He is survived by: his wife Terry Hardwick Moore; his children, Missy Moore and Michael Moore; his grandchildren, Latasha Moore, Tiffany Moore and Chris Moore; his great grandchildren, Everleigh Sisk and Easton Sisk; and his sister Sandra Garrett.
