She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Adkins and Mary Adkins; her husband Orin Vanmatre; and her son Raymond "Gator" Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Jerome Vanmatre (Jennifer), David Hayden, Wanda Mitchell (Kevin), Michelle Bullock (Jonathan), Tamara Pendley (James), Sandy Barnett (Tommy) and Tina Jones. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
