He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Franklin Hobgood; his daughters, Cheri Ellis (Roy), Krista Mouser (Randy) and Kelly Nelson (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Jason Ellis (Lora), Jon Ellis, Emily Trementozzi (David), Sara Lutz (Jason), Katie Denis (Marco), Kristin Royal (Wayne) and Maggie Franklin (Michael); his great grandchildren, Kayla Ellis, Ellis, Tristan Ellis, Judah Trementozzi, Kaleb Trementozzi, Halle Trementozzi, Ann Claire Lutz, Mia Denis, Penny Denis, Jamie Royal, Oliver Franklin and Owen Franklin; his great great grandchildren, Chloe Ellis, Greyson Ellis and Cataleyah Ellis; and his brothers, Jerry Hobgood of Madisonville and Ricky Hobgood (Julie) of Owensboro.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Christian Assembly (3600 Hanson Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Glen's memory to the Christian Assembly Building Fund.
