He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes Pauline Jones Toney; and his brother Adrian Toney. He is survived by: his wife Renee Mercer Toney of Madisonville; his children, Christopher Toney (Angela) of Madisonville and Shannon Toney Sell (Marcus) of Lexington, KY; his sisters, Carol Morrisett (Phillip) of McKenzie, TN and Gloria Lucas of Brookhaven, MS; and his grandchildren, Mo Fry, Haile Fry, Emily Toney, Ella Hopper, Madison Sell, Logan Sell and Emma Sell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
