He is survived by: his mother Kathy Knox of Madisonville, KY.; his stepparents, Thomas Knox of Madisonville, KY and Darlene Walters of Madisonville, KY; his children, Inanna and Jaxon; and his sisters, Carrie Dudley (Chris) of Madisonville, KY and Stephanie Larkins (Joseph) of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
