He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Bergeron of Madisonville, Shirley Williams of Madisonville and Rita Oldham of Nortonville, KY; and his stepsons, Mark Neal of Montegut, LA and Brad Neal of Mortons Gap, KY. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
