He was predeceased by: his parent Jimmie L. Howard. He is survived by: his mother Sue Carol Weightman Howard of Calhoun; his wife Pamela Ashby Howard of Madisonville; his children, Rodney L. Howard (Katie) of Calhoun, Kimberly R. West (Troy) of Florida and Eva Christy Hart (Nathan) of Madisonville; his brother Michael Kerry Howard (Vicky) of Island; his grandchildren, Tyler (Gracie), Canaan (Faith), Jasmine (Brian), Caleb (Peyton), Kadi-Beth (Carson), Turner (Dede), Eva and Harper Howard; and his great grandchildren, Griffin Burden and Gentry Belle Burden.
