She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Curtis Melton; and her husband Doug Polley. She is survived by: her daughter Jannelle Reed of Indianapolis, IN; her granddaughter Rowan Reed of Indianapolis; her siblings, Gloria Capps (Ray) of Hanson, KY and Tim Melton (Paula) of LaCenter, KY; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Woodward of Nortonville, KY, Alma Lester of Madisonville and Paul Polley (Sally) of Nortonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nortonville Baptist Church Music Ministry.
