She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Bell Stroud Vick and George Raymond Vick; her son William "Billy" Turner; and her sister Mary Jane Skeen. She is survived by: her husband Keith Rust of Madisonville, KY; her daughter Mary Ann Kirkwood of Madisonville; her stepson Barron Rust of Crofton, KY; her siblings, Joyce White of Portage, IN and Raymond Vick (Leah) of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Jessica Sellers (Eric) and Keyla Turner; and her stepgrandchildren, Bentley Rust, Kenny Bigers and Katina Bigers. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Grapevine Cemetery (State Hwy 336, Madisonville, KY 42431).
