With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerry Phillips of Madisonville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mina Mae Kennedy Newman and James Hershel Phillips; his wife Joann Gooch Phillips; and his siblings, Shirley Vincent, Norma Ann Hayes and Larry Joe Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Shannan Crawford (William) of New Albany, IN, Debbie Hull (Darrell) of Salvisa, KY, Larry Phillips of Madisonville and Danny Ray Baker of Salvisa; and his close friend Nancy Utley of Madisonville. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
