He is survived by: his mother Patricia Rickard Stephens; his siblings, Michelle Malone, David Stephens (Angie) of Hopkinsville, KY, Chris Stephens, Eric Stephens and Jason Stephens; and his aunt Linda Smith. He is also survived by two nephews; and one niece.
