She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Craig and Edna Woodson Craig; her brother Eddie Craig; her stepmother Grace Carver Craig; and her son-in-law Kenny Coffman.
She is survived by: her husband John Smith of Madisonville, KY; her children, Joy Coffman of Madisonville, KY, Jonna Gish (Larry) of Hanson, KY and Jay Smith (Marian) of Smiths Grove, KY; and her grandchildren, Travis Coffman, Brad Coffman (Angela), Johnathan Kittinger (Sarah), Jacob Kittinger (Katy), Melissa Scheer (Carl), Alicia Marts (Anthony) and Jericho Smith. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
