He is survived by: his children, Mia Lynn Phebus Salter of Lake Beshear and Mark Steven Phebus (Wendy) of Lake Beshear; his close friend Carolyn Atkins of Madisonville; his brother Ed Phebus of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Ann Michele Johnson (Kyle) of Madisonville, Michael Houston Phebus of Madisonville, Maxx Thomas Phebus (Hannah) of Richland, KY and Ryan Stallins of Madisonville; his great grandchildren, Emma Elizabeth Johnson, Ariel Elizabeth Phebus and Alexis Phebus; and his daughter-in-law Carol Jane Phebus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
