He is survived by: his wife Belinda Powers; his children, Amy Smith of Madisonville, Mary Beth Powers of Tennessee and John Powers of Tennessee; and his brother John Powers of Illinois. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
