She was predeceased by: her parents, Otho Cunningham and Rosie Lee Cunningham; her husband John Henry Crenshaw; her daughter Brenda Joyce; and her siblings, Otho Cunningham, Jr. and Martha Nell South.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Jo Rhew (Barry) of Madisonville, Vickie Lynn Barea (Al) of Louisville, KY and Cathy Sue Franks (Greg) of Portland, IN; her granddaughters, Sara Lynn Spahr (Bill) and Emily Jo Franks; and her great grandchildren, Allison Spahr and Isaiah Spahr.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grapevine Cemetery Fund.
