She is survived by: her daughters, Hope Clayton (Larry) of Hartford, KY and Heather Van Winkle (Byron) of Slaughters, KY; her grandchildren, Crystal Everett (Shane), Baylee Dubree (Nick), Lawson Clayton (Sarah Grace) and Hanna Gattis (Luke); her great grandchildren, Joanna Dubree, Briggs Dubree and Beckett Clayton; and her sisters, Connie Moore (Terry) of Madisonville and Bonnie Curtis (Steve) of Madisonville.
