He is survived by: his daughters, Tabatha Sprague (Steven Conrad) of Madisonville and Kimberly Sprague of Madisonville; his brother Arty Sprague; his grandchildren, Zoe Conrad, Sophia Campbell, Katie Milton (Donald), Kayla Cline (Gary), Candice Richardson, Hannah Goble, McKenzie Goble and Gage Goble; and his sibling's children, Diana, Ricky and Warren. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
