He is survived by: his wife Donna Moore Lee of Madisonville; his children, Joshua Lee of Madisonville, Krystyna Bottiglierie (Joseph) of Providence, KY, Elizabeth Barlow (Tyler) of Madisonville and Zachary Lee of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Aubrionna, Gabriel, Isaac, Jaxson, Noah and Isabella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Harris Funeral Home (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
