She is survived by: her brother Charles "Chuck" Winstead of Madisonville; her sibling's children, Mark Winstead (Janet) of Hanson, KY and Tracey Blue of Slaughters; her great-nephew Ryan Winstead of Louisville, KY; and her sister-in-law Eloise Major of Slaughters. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
