Blair-Willetts of Madisonville and Blair Goff (Matt Hudson) of Chattanooga; her great grandchildren, Russ, Jr. of Union, MO, Chad of Union, MO, Noah of Union, MO, Tabitha of Union, MO, Samantha of Union, MO, Tiffany Blincoe of Union, MO, Logan Messamore of Madisonville and Abigale Blue Radebaugh of Gracey, KY; and her great great grandchild Rhia Blincoe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
