She was predeceased by: her parents, Sadie Elizabeth Dodson Manley and Roscoe Manley; her daughters, Kathy Moore and Donna Anderson; and her sisters, Helen Louise Green and Betty Sue.
She is survived by: her son George Phillips Jr. of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Angelia Thompson (Nick), Michelle Lohse (David), John Moore (Allison), Brittany McCoy (Eric), Kayla Belknap (Zach), Trey Phillips and Matthew Phillips (Brandi); her nephew Alan McCurry; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
