She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry B. Phelps and Ava L. Phelps; her husband Raymond L. "Jug" Edmiston; her children, Terry Lee Edmiston and Holly Ann Edmiston Paetz; and her siblings, Harry Donald Phelps, Frank Dudley Phelps and Wanda Phelps Atkinson Wedeking.
She is survived by: her grandson Brandon Edmiston (Janet) of Murray, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Civitella, Frank Civitella and Benjamin Edmiston. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in care of Home Site Cemetery at U.S. Bank, 15 Chelsa Dr., Madisonville, KY 42431.
