He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Barnes and Janice Barnes; and his wife Norma Hooper. He is survived by: his siblings, Victoria Hartline of Nebo, KY and Charles "Chuck" DeWayne Barnes of Rabbit Ridge, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
