She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Nell Willis Mitchell and William Richard Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Tandi Vandiver of Madisonville and Russell Vandiver of Madisonville; her siblings, Angela Classen (Dana) of Madisonville, Pam Hutchinson (Dewey) of Providence, KY, William Mitchell (Debbie) of Sturgis, KY and Richard Dale Mitchell of Providence; and her pets, Diamond, Chunky, Manny and Ava. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
