He was predeceased by: his father Mark Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Watkins of Morganfield, KY; his daughters, Jessica Watkins, Jasmine Watkins of Mt, Joslynn Watkins and Justina Watkins of Mt. Vernon, IL; his siblings, Cindy Turner, Jennifer Cates, Carrie Durham of Edmond, OK and Casey Watkins of Pride, KY; and his grandmother Jennie Lair. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
