He is survived by: his wife Gail Gillam-DaSilva of Madisonville; his mother Maria Soares DaSilva of Danbury, CT; his daughters, Kristin Harris (Drew) of Bowling Green, KY and Alysa DaSilva of Louisville, KY; his stepdaughter Shilo Gillam (Toni) of Madisonville; his son Adam DaSilva of Tribune, KS; his stepson Waylon Gillam (Angela) of Jacksonville, WY; and his siblings, Laura Mugno, Adrianne Prosser and Jacinto DaSilva. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
