He is survived by: his wife Sue Cunningham of Madisonville; his daughters, Stacy McGregor (Johnny) of Madisonville and Michele McCoy of Madisonville; and his sister Marvene Slaton of Madisonville. He is also survived by three loving grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
