She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Dutch" Phillips and Kathryn Elizabeth Phillips; her siblings, Scott Phillips and Debbie Phillips; and her pet Prissy.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn; her daughters, Misty L. Black of Georgetown, KY and Mandy Jo Ralston (Jeff) of Madisonville; her grandsons, James Davis Black (J. D.) and Scott Tabor Ralston; her aunt Benita Phillips; and her cousins, Chantel Phillips Clark and Denyse Phillips Jones. She is also survived by wife and raising her family.
