He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Truitt and Mary Truitt (Higginbotham) of Evansville; and his wife Sandra Truitt. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Truitt of Hanson and James Truitt of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Morrigan, Amelia Branson, Isabella, Carson and Braxton Truitt; and his brother Larry Truitt.
