He is survived by: his children, Tracey McCay (Michael) of Bowling Green, KY, Clay Taylor (Sarah) of Louisville, KY and David Taylor (Nicole) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Kylee Taylor, Eva McCay, Rex Taylor, Clara Taylor, Brody Taylor and Hudson Taylor.
