He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lyle Menser and Eva Lelia Carne Menser; and his siblings, Raymond Lyle Menser, Jr., Frances Orthman, Mary Orthman and Patricia Donovan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
