He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Angela Wells; his parents, Jerry Fields and Eva Fields; his brothers, David Fields and Kevin Fields; and his grandparents, John, Lillie Fields, Shelby and Ann Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Sean Fields, Kayla Fields, Jon Fields and Jakob Fields; his stepchildren, Juliebeth Wells and Shane Wells (Brittany); his grandchildren, Kason Fields and Parker Fields; his stepgrandchildren, Bentley Stanton, Arabella Wells, Braelynn Wells, Karsyn Wells, Ava and Aubrey Nannie; his sister Lorie Fields; and his former wife Charlene Fields.
