It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Lisa Cartwright of Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Tippett Clayton and Leslie Roland Clayton; and her husband Otis Ray Cartwright. She is survived by: her children, Ray Alan Cartwright (Kim) and Malisa Ann Cunningham; her brother Max "Butch" Clayton (Becky); her grandchildren, Amie Catherine Knight (Mark), Kahra Beth Bumpus (Josh), Phillip Van Killough (Rachael), Matthew Dean Cunningham (Brianna) and Corey LeeAnn Cunningham; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Knight, Emma Killough, Kinslee Knight, Maggie Killough, Joel Bumpus, RainLynn Cunningham, Leighton Bumpus, Rylee Cunningham, Adalyne Cunningham and Rayegan Cunningham.
