She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Lee and Lula Marie Whittinghill Ashby; and her husband William Gene Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Donnie Jackson of Greenville, Michael Phillips (Taren) of Bremen, Teresa Durham (Brian) of Hopkinsville and Lisa Phillips of Hopkinsville; and her sister Delores Hunter of Owensboro. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
