Robert Eugene Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 24, 2023, at the age of 76, Robert Eugene Phelps of Madisonville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Juanita; his brother Ray Phelps; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Phelps and Bobby Carroll. He is survived by: his brother William "Bill" E. Phelps; his wife Melicent Ratliff Phelps of Madisonville; his children, Angela Moore (Larry) of Hanson, KY and Greg Phelps (Jennifer Coombs) of Madisonville; his sister Shirley Stanley (Larry) of White Plains; his brother-in-law Leif Ratliff (Nancy) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Angelica Morse (Jamey), Addysen Phelps, Michael Kaleb Blankenship and Dylan Moore; and his great grandchild Micah Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
