He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Crunk. He is survived by: his mother Helen Crunk of Madisonville; his close friend Kim Ritchie of Grand Rivers, KY; his sons, Sveinn Eugene Crunk of Florida and Jake Ryan Crunk of Illinois; his sisters, Mayetta Floyd (Bruce) of Hanson, KY, Sara Proffitt (David) of Nortonville, KY and Amy Haynie (Paul) of Madisonville, KY; and his granddaughter Lily Crunk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
