Ruth Ann Carlton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Carlton of Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 7, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John William Smith; and her husband Rodney Wayne Carlton. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory W. Carlton (Jeanie) of Benton, KY and Paul Carlton (Crystal) of Madisonville; her sisters, June Hopkins (Ed) of South Carolina and Delores Freeman of Mississippi; her grandchildren, Joshua Tyler Carlton, Cari Hannah Holder (Jimmie) and Hunter Carlton; and her great grandchildren, Sullivan James Holder, Dawson Blayne Holder and Raven Olivia Holder. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, Ruth wishes donations be made to the Hopkins County Regional Senior Activity Center at 200 N. Main Street, Madisonville KY 42431, or the Christian Food Bank at 241 West Center Street, Madisonville KY 42431.
