She is survived by: her son Billy Carter (Wanda Wells) of Madisonville; her brother Bill Stinnet of Titusville, FL; her grandsons, Mark Carter and Adam Carter (Jessica Roby); and her great grandchildren, Waylan Eugene Carter and Karsin Oliver.
