He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Westby Harboldt of Madisonville, Misty Gogel (Mike) of Dale, IN and Kevin Westby of Madisonville; his siblings, Toni Rogers (Terry) of Madisonville, Paul Westby of Troy, TN and Jack Westby of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Alex Gogel, Evan Gogel, Trevor Gogel, Hannah Harrell, Samantha Phillips and Victoria Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Sammy Gogel, Jaxson Burcham, Maverik Burcham, Weston Minnick and Myles Minnick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
