He is survived by: his mother Edith Jakob Noffsinger of Central City, KY; his children, Jonathan Noffsinger of Nashville, TN and Jessi Noffsinger of Nashville; his siblings, Anette France (Darren) of Madisonville, Christine Pressley of Central City and David Wayne Noffsinger of Central City; and his grandchildren, Maggie Noffsinger, Alyss Noffsinger and Joseph Noffsinger.
