She was predeceased by: her parents, James Corum and Thelma "Jewell" Williams; and her brothers, John T. Corum (Rae) and Donald Corum. She is survived by: her spouse JP Duncan, Jr.; her children, Terry Woosley (Cathy), Rodney Woosley (Cheryl), Rik Woosley (Sherri), Nicole Woosley and Jay Duncan (Jamie); her grandchildren, Nathan Woosley (Tara), Jamie King, Sarah Tharp (Jacob), Corey Woosley, Jessica Frodge, Joseph Larkins, Glenn Woosley and Kelsey Duncan; and her sister-in-law Juanema Corum. She is also survived by several great‑grandchildren and great‑great‑grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, at the special request of her daughter Nicole.
