She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Drone; her parents, Samuel Haywood Kirkwood and Mae Carter Kirkwood; and her sister Brenda Kirkwood. She is survived by: her sons, Perry Shirley (Tracy) and Raymond Shirley, Jr. (Mary); her grandchildren, Anthony Shirley, Zana Shirley, Cameron Ross (Brittnay), Braylee Shirley (Danny), Mireya Delarosa (Eddie), Aiona Shirley and Dreyden Shirley; and her great grandchild Mesiah.

She was a remarkable woman, whose contributions to her family, community, and country will not be forgotten.
