He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Slaton, Jr. and Genevieve McRoy Slaton; and his daughter Kristy Slaton. He is survived by: his wife Anita Slaton; his cousins, Laurie Vandiver and Janet Kunnecke; Cyndie and Kevin Tucker.
