He was predeceased by: his father Roy Gene Rigney. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Rigney (Krisney) of Dalton, KY and Mike Rigney of Dalton, KY; his brother Allen Rigney (Candy) of Madisonville; and his uncle Danny Presley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
