He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter Sr. and Martha Maddox Carter; and his sister Denise Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Lesley Marruquin of Madisonville, Hunter Carter of Murray, KY and Levi Carter of Madisonville; his brother Charles Carter Jr. (Tammy) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Alexa Wallace, Ashlyn Stone and Harlem Carter; and his great grandchildren, Ivoree'Bailey and Ari'Ella Bailey.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hanson Cemetery.
