He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Margaret Bevel Green and Samuel Louis Green; and his siblings, Samuel Keith Green, Buddy Green, Barbara Conrad, Mary Caton, Delores Jones, Debbie Brantley and Linda Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughter Brandy Green of Madisonville; his sister Carolyn Spainhoward of Providence, KY; and his granddaughters, Lydia and Mary Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
