She is survived by: her husband Michael Masoncup; her children, Amy Catruch of Madisonville, KY, David Killough of Florida and Tammy Sistrunk of Moorehead, KY; and her brothers, Jimmy Summerford, David Summerford and Robert Summerford. She is also survived by one sister; thirteen grandchildren.
